Julie was super responsive and helpful with the booking and information about the House. All the information about the house was well explained and organized. The towels and linens were comfortable! There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor that gets to s of sunlight and two bedrooms on the ground floor. The house was very practical for the group. We were lucky to get one day of sunshine with less wind and the house was very comfortable and perfect for a sunshine day! The location was really great, super short walk to the beach.

We were overjoyed with Julie’s beautiful property. It has a fabulous, light, airy atmosphere and was perfect for a weekend get together The property is well maintained and clean. The high ceilings and large windows give a spacious feel - ideal for larger families/ groups of friends. The beds are very comfortable and the main living space is nice and open plan. The location is superb. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to beautiful Rye. We had a truly wonderful stay and hope to be back on the near future.

Perfect for family beach break ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Ideal location for families looking for a beach break, with the beach just across the road. Good selection of local pubs and restaurants for varying budgets. House offers lots of airy space indoors and out so little ones can venture safely. Also offers separate living spaces for adults looking for peace and quiet. Julie was readily available to answer any queries and extremely helpful pre and post booking.

Perfect location to enjoy the beach. Our large family of mixed ages were very happy here and the various living spaces suited a variety of activities and quiet times. When not digging in sand, the kids loved the trampoline and running in the garden.
